The bathrooms felt a little small, though the living areas and rooms were spacious and cozy. Staff were friendly, security was good, and the location was decent. Some rooms also have an ocean view, which is a nice extra. All in all, a very nice stay.

I really don't understand the four-star average after our midweek stay. The floors in the unit were sticky, and the Wi-Fi wasn't a secure connection, whatever the username and password might suggest. The only bathroom had a lingering smell like bad diarrhea. It wasn't that nobody had cleaned up, but the odor remained, and reception couldn't move us to another room. On our first morning there was no hot water for a shower, and I heard someone in another room had the same problem. What a royal way to start the day. I could go on, but I'll stop there.

We were in Cape Town for the 10's tournament and stayed three nights. The place was beautiful both inside and out, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thanks to everyone at Royal Atlantic xxx. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay.

The rooms and facilities were clean and tidy, and the location was handy, between the sea point promenade and the main road. The staff and management were so friendly. They even helped me with complimentary anniversary room decorations.
