Small Bay Beach Suites

I was hesitant about staying somewhere outside a hotel for a vacation, but Small Bay Beach Suites was listed on booking and I'm so glad I gave it a try. The rooms look just like the pictures, with separate entrances for each unit, so I couldn't tell if anyone else was staying there. There's plenty of parking out front, and the gated property felt reassuring. It's right by the beach, with amazing views of Table Mountain. When I noticed an iron was missing, I contacted the host and a replacement was left outside the sliding door in under an hour. There's a kitchen with complimentary coffee, tea, ice, and creamer. The place, host, and whole experience were amazing. I'd recommend it to anyone who mentions Cape Town SA.

The kitchen has everything you need, and the unit is tidy and beautifully decorated. I loved how the window frames Table Mountain, and the sunsets from inside are gorgeous. It’s an easy walk to the beach and some great restaurants. Santie is a real gem as a host, hands-on and thoughtful, and she made sure we had all the information we needed to feel comfortable. We really didn't want to leave and could have stayed much longer.

A real gem of a place, with lovely views and a quiet, romantic feel. Santi was so welcoming, and everything was clean and furnished to a T.

Those doors that open up to the outside create such a lovely atmosphere and bring the outdoors in. We really enjoyed our stay at Small Bay Beach Suite. Santie was kind and helpful, and when we wanted to braai on our last night, she arranged a Weber with charcoal and utensils. That made the evening extra special.
