We had trouble finding the place because there was no sign at the entrance. Once we arrived, though, we were made to feel very welcome. The room was lovely and decorated beautifully, and we felt right at home. Dinner and breakfast were both lovely, and the view was beautiful too. Thanks for the great stay and service. We’ll definitely come back!

Breakfast each day was fantastic, with lots of choices, and they were happy to cater to specific needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and gave us plenty of useful sightseeing tips. It’s a modern property in a beautiful part of South Africa, in a very exclusive destination. Service was fantastic. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Food, room, cleanliness, and service were all excellent over the weekend. Just plan to have your own car. I thought the shuttle was complimentary because that’s how it was stated on the website, but later found out it wasn’t.

The suite was beautiful, the view was stunning, and the staff were friendly. But a few things made the stay inconvenient. Water leaked into the bathtub area whenever we showered, and the bedroom sliding door was damaged, so we couldn’t open or close it. We were told a previous guest had damaged it. The hot tub jets worked, but the heat button didn’t. I feel these problems should have been fixed before payment, or at least mentioned before check-in. Soul should handle these issues without leaving guests to deal with them after buying the suite. I emailed the property and never got a response.

The room was gorgeous, and I really enjoyed staying here. It’s a breathtaking place, and breakfast was very nice with a sea view.
