Good value for the money. Our room is roomy and clean, and the bed is comfortable. Nana and Charisma are friendly and professional. Breakfast was good, and smokers can use the alfresco area by the entrance.

The staff were ready to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. Check-in was hassle-free even though we arrived very late, and the place was spotless when we got there. Our room, bedding, and bathroom were all super clean, with fresh towels and a tidy-up while we were out for the day. The bed was comfortable, too. Best of all, it’s literally two minutes from the beach. Loved it, and I’d definitely stay here again for a holiday with family or friends.

I try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but I was really disappointed by the manager or owners’ reasoning. I checked in last night, and from my room I could hear every message and call coming through the receptionist’s phone. The reception desk is about two metres from the door of the room downstairs. I was booked for a week and asked to move somewhere quieter, since even a private conversation in the room wasn’t possible. They said I’d have to pay more. I chose to give up the full week’s payment and go somewhere I could have some peace. I understand they might not have had another room for my entire stay, but they should have offered a partial refund because the room setup wasn’t suitable. Other reviews mention noise in the downstairs room too, so they must know about it. I don’t recommend this place. For the same price, I found several better options. Trying to get more money from guests while they can hear every beep from reception’s cellphone isn’t going to work.
