It was easy to check in, and the hosts shared all the information we needed. The apartment is private and peaceful, a good spot for rest, and the convenient location puts the beach, waterfront, table mountain, and all kinds of restaurants nearby. Inside, it's beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and couch, a lovely view, all the necessary amenities, and a very clean space. The hosts communicated well too. There's really nothing not to like. 💯 points

Marc and Matthias were warm, friendly hosts, and their hospitality made the visit feel personal. We even connected on a friends level, which made our stay more enjoyable. The apartment in beautiful GreenPoint exceeded our expectations, with stylish design, thoughtful details, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Professional security personnel monitor the building, which gave us an extra sense of safety. It's surrounded by great bars and restaurants, and we'd highly recommend it. Marc clearly knows how to run an AIRBNB. Check-in was quick and convenient, and I would definitely come back. The bright, airy apartment had a stunning view over devils peak and signal hill. It sits on a quiet, tree-lined side street in central Greenpoint, with lots of trees and palm trees around. The flat looked great, with close attention to detail. The fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washer+dryer were neatly tucked away in cupboards. One of my best stays.

The Cape Town flat felt like home, and I had the same comfort and hospitality I'd experienced at Studio 44 Leipzig. It was beautifully decorated, fresh and new, with modern comforts, a great location and view, and careful attention to detail. It may have been one of the first guests! Thanks for sharing your flat, it made my Cape Town experience extra wunderbar. I'll definitely book again on my next visit.
