Sunset Splendour Guesthouse

A peaceful place to stay, and the accommodation was beautiful and super clean.

The garden and pool area were good for families with babies, and there was a secure parking spot. The kitchen had all the tools we needed, and the room was super clean, modern and equipped with everything. Elba is a great person. She welcomed us even though we came in the wrong year :) She sorted out our issue, and we had an excellent night there. We’ll recommend it to all our friends and will definitely come back 🙏

There are only 5 units, so even when the place was full it never felt busy, and there was ample gated parking. The property is modern and stylish, very well kept, and the hosts were wonderful. Local amenities are close by, with 2 shopping centres in walking distance and the famous deli And farm market only 2 miles away. Cape Town is 30 minutes away. The swimming pool and bbq/braai area are well designed, with plenty of seating if you want to have guests over in the evening. Housekeeping was to a very high standard. We left laptops, phones and other things in the rooms and didn’t feel the need to use the safe. It feels like a home from home, with views and sunsets you’ll always remember.

The guesthouse is tidy, with excellent rooms and friendly staff. Sunset splendour guesthouse is a great base for Cape town and the surrounding area. Cape Point and Boulders beach are nearby, and if you drive north along Chapmans peak drive, just around the corner, you can easily reach Cape town.
