Our baby came down with chickenpox during the stay, and my wife got the flu, so we were in a really difficult situation. The staff were incredibly kind and helped arrange extra accommodation at another hotel in their group, giving us a few more days to recover. I'm very grateful for the team's support and understanding.

BE CAREFUL WITH HOLIDAY CLUB AGENTS SELLING THIS MEMBERSHIP. THEY AREN'T TRANSPARENT ABOUT THE FEES DURING PRESENTATIONS. WHEN YOU FIND THIS OUT AND WANT TO CANCEL, THEY EXPECT YOU TO PAY A SURRENDER FEE OF OVER 16K LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER JOINING.

The beds are the comfiest, and the rooms are spacious, with both fans and air conditioning. It's really close to the ocean, and otherwise a beautiful place. The big problem for me is the WiFi. Every time we've visited, we can connect but then it kicks us off or says we're not connected. I always end up spending a lot on data.

The lounge and patio have plenty of space, though the kitchen felt a little small. It's a nice place for a holiday.

We had a lovely stay. The sea views were very nice, with long beaches close by and views of Table Mountain too.
