The apartment is a good size for a couple and has all the facilities, including securecCarxPark. Reception staff are very friendly, and available 24/7.

The two Zimbabwean security women in this building are very rude. I deliver clients there all the time, and they give us a bad attitude every visit. The clients I've brought have complained about them too.

We loved the place. It was spotless and had a beautiful view.

I lived in this conveniently located building for three years. It was reasonably well maintained, and there are elevators on both sides. Fibre internet is available, though you have to arrange installation yourself. It works well for students and young professionals, but compared with similarly priced buildings nearby, it lacks things like a braai area or pool.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was nice. But building work opposite was noisy, and there were too many young students banging doors, playing music and smoking weed at all hours.
