We were really happy with the one-bedroom apartment. It was spotless, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed, and the building’s shared spaces were tidy too. There’s key-fob access and good security, friendly, helpful desk staff, parking, plus a small gym and rooftop pool. It stayed pretty quiet despite being just minutes from lots of restaurants and bars. We’ll book here again whenever we’re back in Cape Town.

There are lovely sea views from the roof, and some apartments also have a side view of the sea. The building is well run, with a gym, rooftop pool and secure parking. A guard at reception and key-tag access to the main areas add to the good security. The main Checkers centre in Sea Point is about 200 metres away on foot. I’d stay here again.

The apartment matched the photos on Booking.com, and the location was perfect. Parking felt safe, and Mark/Chris gave us helpful suggestions. We really enjoyed our time in Cape Town, and I’d recommend the place.

TenOnQ is managed appallingly. Most of the units seem to be Airbnb rentals, and guests show no consideration or respect for their neighbors. There was certainly no sign of a lockdown.

I keep seeing photos of the building with a hose in the pool. Why? Nobody else does this, only you.
