The Residences at Crystal Towers

The WiFi didn’t work for our entire stay, even after we brought it to the staff’s attention. Still, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The hotel was clean, the staff were hospitable, and both the location and the view were perfect. I’d recommend it.

The staff were responsive and helpful throughout, and we ended up having a very pleasant, comfortable stay. On arrival, our first room wasn’t quite ready, but the team quickly moved us to another that was much cleaner and in better shape. The safe there hadn’t been reset, though staff sorted it out promptly when we asked. We also had to find the reception number online. It would be handy if the room phones had a direct dial option for reception.

I slept well because the beds were extremely comfortable, and the room was mostly well maintained. There were some oil marks and handprints on the cupboards in both the room and kitchen, though, and the fridge smelled unpleasant. The WiFi also gave us trouble throughout the stay.

The location is convenient for the Century City Convention Centre, but the apartment was poorly equipped. There was no dining table, teaspoons, pan, or utensils for making breakfast. The invoice was wrong too, and I still haven’t heard from the administrator. The photos don’t match what you get. I won’t be back.
