The breakfast had plenty of choice, was fresh and nicely prepared, and the Eggs benedict were my favorite. I also enjoyed the onsite restaurants, with their good menu, friendly prices, generous portions, and meals available throughout the day. My room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, and the team left a welcome note and cookies that I really appreciated. The staff were warm, polite, and helpful from the start, always with a smile. The Westin Cape Town is right across from the convention centre and about 20 minutes from the airport, which made it a great central spot. I spent two nights here on a recent trip and had an amazing time. I'd highly recommend staying here when in Cape Town.

We found it easy to get Ubers from this convenient location. The concierge helped with dinner reservations and planning our winelands day itinerary. We also loved having the executive lounge as a nice way to start or end the day. My husband and I had a great honeymoon stay, with clean, spacious rooms and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommend!

The central location made it easy to get around the city and waterfront. Breakfast each morning in the Executive Lounge was a lovely start, with great food, a peaceful atmosphere, and stunning views. My wife and I stayed at The Westin Cape Town for our honeymoon, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and we even received a complimentary room upgrade, which made the stay extra special. The service was top-notch throughout. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and our honeymoon there was unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The venue itself is lovely, but an interaction with the Chief of Security affected my experience. I understand I may have been eating in an area where it wasn't permitted, and I would have moved if asked respectfully. The tone and attitude felt unnecessarily harsh. Rules can be enforced while still treating guests with respect. I hope management addresses this, because it does affect the overall experience.

The meals were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, and the views of the city and waterfront were stunning. The location was convenient for everything. During my stay at The Westin Cape Town, the staff made me feel welcome and cared for from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to Lizo, Rosé, and Hein, who each went above and beyond. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole experience better. It's rare to find luxury paired with such genuine hospitality. I'll definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting South Africa.
