Top Floor Holiday Apartment in Sea Point With Incredible Views Fairmont 1001

The apartment we booked through air bnb was on the ground floor and had a lovely patio and braai area. The apartments are beautiful, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It could get a bit noisy: dogs barked when you stood on the balcony, and dogs in the parking lot barked at people. There’s no guest parking, but security can help if a bay is available.

The beach is right there, with shops nearby and some nice restaurants in a pleasant neighbourhood.

The peaceful atmosphere and super cosy space made me feel right at home. I loved the 180° sea views and having amenities nearby. They also offered an “apology bubbly” when arrival was slightly delayed. I’ll definitely be back soon, Cape Town, you beaut.

It’s a nice place near shops and restaurants, but the hospitality wasn’t good. They said bath towels are only changed after seven days, so you end up using one towel for a whole week. That felt unhygienic.
