Charles and his team are what make Trevoyan so special. They’re thoughtful, caring, and attentive without being intrusive. Charles seemed to anticipate what we needed, and his suggestions for day trips, scenic drives, and local restaurants were spot on each time. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, nicely presented, and served with real warmth. Peanut, the adorable dog, adds another bit of charm. After our night flight from Germany, we felt at home as soon as we arrived at The Trevoyan Guesthouse. The rooms are beautifully designed, with lovely details, textures, colors, and fabrics that show real care for hospitality. The house and garden are stunning, mixing elegant charm with a relaxed Cape Town feel. If you want comfort, style, and heartfelt hospitality, Trevoyan is a true Cape Town gem. Go there!

Breakfast was a blast, and the rooms were quiet and very clean. Charly and the whole team were super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more, and it was hard to leave. The best guest house in CPT, for sure. We’d love to come back.

The pool area was a peaceful spot to unwind after a day exploring, and the guesthouse itself feels like a little hidden gem in a quiet neighborhood. Charles and the team made our first Cape Town visit perfect, welcoming us warmly and sharing recommendations every day. You can walk to plenty of bars and restaurants, or use one of the many Ubers like we did in the evenings. Breakfast was delicious each morning, and there’s an honesty bar for evening drinks.

Charles was generous with his knowledge and even arranged for staff to guide guests to restaurants in the evening and bring them back. The breakfasts were fabulous, and the top deck was lovely for sundowners. A great place to begin exploring Cape Town. Thank you, Charles.

The Trevoyan team looked after my mum so wonderfully over the December/January holiday season. You made her very, very happy, thank you all! They make you feel like family, and they’re friendly and attentive to even the smallest details without hovering. It’s a real haven in a busy city.
