I spent two nights here on my own and it was one of my best solo stays. The hosts were caring and attentive, with thoughtful provisions and helpful suggestions. With its lovely garden and scenic dam nearby, this hidden gem is a great place to unwind and disconnect. I'd recommend it for a relaxing visit to Somerset West.

Service was amazing, they really went out of their way to take care of everything we needed. Such a cozy cottage, and a lovely break from the rush of work and everyday life. I really enjoyed it ✨

I left four days early and was glad just to get out, even though there was no refund. I only managed two nights. The photos of the facilities seem false, perhaps they were accurate five years ago. The farm was a disgusting mess, the place run down, with no horses, just neglected stables. On arrival a drunk woman tried to explain what was happening. Gary, her husband, first seemed decent and helpful, but then accused me of breaking a hand shower head. When I asked for a bath plug, he told me to look at the end of the plug chain. Everything was old and falling apart. This wasn't a guest house, just a room in a farm servant's house. What a disgrace.

Sarah and Gary, thank you so much for all you did for us. We're deeply grateful. The owners were friendly and put our comfort first, and meals were delicious when requested. We had a stunning room with a beautiful view in a relaxed setting, and the service was great. Highly recommended!
