The communal bathroom didn't bother me, but it was never cleaned, and we had to provide our own toilet paper. Conditions were horrid. The property was dirty and full of cockroaches, with lots of spiders too because it was so dusty. There was even a cockroach living in the microwave. The owner blamed open doors and windows, but what were we meant to do, boil in the rooms? He can't handle negative Booking.com reviews and takes no accountability for the state of the place. I can guarantee he'll respond negatively to this instead of improving himself or the property. Manage the place better and fix your attitude. I don't understand how anyone could book it.

It felt homey, and I enjoyed my stay. The neighbourhood was quiet, clean, peaceful, and easy to explore on foot. I only wish I'd had more time for walks. Mr Isaac was a wonderful host, caring and easy to talk to. He even walked with me to and from the supermarket, helped me get familiar with the area, and showed me where to catch a taxi, even though I already knew the way. I'd definitely return if I get the chance.

Ma Doris was more understanding and welcoming than the male gentleman. I asked a lot of questions because I needed some guests to stay there and wanted them to feel welcome. When I brought up the unfriendly service, it wasn't taken well, and the gentleman told me to find somewhere else. I've never experienced service so terrible.

Daniel, my boyfriend, and I were lucky to meet such wonderful people during the circumstances we were in. We felt at home, with warm, generous smiles, great hospitality, and professional service. The food and accommodation were top notch. Doris, thank you and your partner for your unconditional support and the lovely conversations. Much appreciated.
