The room was really nice and clean, with a very comfortable bed and a kitchen fully equipped with utensils. The people were friendly, and it's a fantastic place. But check-in was late and check-out early, and the keys weren't ready on time. I arrived an hour after the check-in time and still had to wait for them to be sent over. The fridge was dripping because the freezer door had been left open, so there was water on the floor when we arrived. WiFi wasn't strong enough in the evening.

The apartment is good value for money, with a spacious layout, facilities in good condition, and a decent view of Table Mountain in the distance. There's a lift, and the gated building car park has a dedicated spot for the apartment. Its location is the biggest plus, right in the centre and walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the harbour. Check-in was quick and easy, even late at night. The two bedrooms are small, so storing suitcases means putting them in the living room. The beds are okay, but small and not very comfortable. The apartment isn't well insulated, so it can get quite hot in warm weather. Closing the curtains helps. Noise can also be a problem at night if there's a nearby party or other disturbance. There was a party on a lower floor that lasted all night during our stay.

It really feels like a cozy home away from home. The receptionist was warm and friendly, and everything was very clean. We had privacy without distractions, and the rooms had the things you need, including quality kitchen utensils and furniture. It also felt very safe, so there was nothing to worry about 😊😄

Osborn, the concierge, was wonderful, but the penthouse was filthy. There were cigarette butts in the plant holder, wine and coffee marks all over the wall, makeup on the duvet, and the bath, veranda floor, and floors inside were dirty. This was our third visit to penthouse nr 901 in a year. We complained, but Charles, the host, never replied, even though the website promised a response within an hour.
