Villa Olivier

The house itself is beautiful, with a great view and excellent amenities, but the service let it down. The pool was dirty despite being described as cleaned, and it speaks for itself. The fridge smelled so strongly of fish that we couldn’t use it. There weren’t enough towels for eight people, and we had a few more problems with the bathroom facilities. I’d already lowered my rating, and unfortunately need to lower it again. I understand that my late checkout request was declined because there was a new booking. Still, I’ve never had cleaning staff arrive 1.5 hours before checkout and make it so clear that guests weren’t welcome anymore. It’s a shame such a lovely house is managed so poorly. 👎

I’d recommend staying here to anyone.
