The little garden was a hit with my fur kids, and the place had everything we needed. It was clean and tidy, too. We stopped here on the way to Cape Town and again on our return to Johannesburg, and both stays were wonderful. The host was so friendly and helpful that we felt right at home. A great option if you're travelling with pets, and we'll make it our regular stop from now on.

Yurie made us feel so welcome, and we'll be sure to book well ahead next time we're passing through Colesberg. We stayed one night on 26th December in a lovely two-bedroom cottage with everything we needed. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space looked out onto a garden and a quiet, quaint street. The Smart TV and air conditioning were appreciated, too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

4/10
The unit felt cramped and awkwardly laid out. There was a small table with a kettle at one end and a microwave at the other, leaving almost no room for a plate or a comfortable meal. On arrival, the owner tried to charge us more than the confirmed Booking.com rate, which made for an unpleasant start. For what we paid, the value wasn't there. Based on our stay, there are better places to stay in Colesberg.

The rooms are spacious and suited to our big group, and Jurie lets clients choose their preferred way to pay. The couches could use a valet, though.

Jurie was friendly and helpful. Our clean, comfortable two-bedroom unit had all we needed and worked well for four adults and a dog.
