We first tried a hotel in Durban, but it was disgusting, so we left and went to Boma lodge. What a difference: amazing, clean, great rooms and service. Thank you so much.

I stayed here comfortably in October last year and felt safe at the Boma Lodge. My room was clean and peaceful, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of parking on the grounds. Staff were always available, courteous, and willing to help. I'd recommend the Boma Lodge any day.

We only stayed one night, and the room was small but very comfortable. We were there on Saturday the 22nd July, and Spe at reception was excellent. She was friendly and pleasant, and went out of her way to accommodate us. Management were accommodating as well. Thanks, Dpe! We've booked a few nights later this year and are looking forward to it.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay, and I can't wait to come back. The place is clean, with a beautiful atmosphere, and the breakfast was lovely. The staff are warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Lunga, a great host and cook who went out of his way to make us comfortable. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

The location is extremely convenient for both Durban and Umhlanga Rocks, though this isn't the place if you want to see or hear the sea. It's clean and neat, with friendly staff and owners who can accommodate reasonable requests. We preferred the room downstairs away from the pool. It had a small self-catering area, which was great.
