Don't book here. The listing is dishonest and misleading, and the pictures and advertised features aren't what you get. I paid around R4900 for three nights and was given a room about the size of my bathroom at home. The rooms are old, dirty, and grimy. The toilet was so disgusting I didn't want to sit on it, and there was a damp smell. The bedding smelled damp too. The windows wouldn't close, so insects and mosquitoes kept getting in, and we had to block them with towels. There was no hairdryer, slippers, toiletries, coffee or tea in the rooms, dishes, towels by the pool, Netflix, or any streaming channels. We only had SABC or OVHD, even though all those things were advertised. The owner was rude and, in my view, showed no ethics as a Muslim. We didn't sleep the first night, our money was wasted, and all our plans were disrupted. When I politely told her I was going to write a review, which I'm entitled to do, she told me ASTAGHFIRULLAH. She'll have to tell Allah, ASTAGHFIRULLAH, for robbing people with dishonest listings and pictures on BOOKING.COM. Only after we checked out did other people post reviews on BOOKING.COM about the place being dirty and things like that. It's sad that once you've booked and arrived, you can't get your money back.
