The staff know how to treat their guests, and they keep the rooms neat and clean. The rooms are nice and spacious too. I really like the place.

For longer stays, they don't provide cleaning service. It's such an inconvenience.

I've had a horrible experience. The place is filthy, the sheets were soiled, and the workers kept telling me they were just stained. I went down twice for fresh sheets and was brought dirty ones again. It took an hour just to get clean sheets. The workers were rude and noisy, and the hot water took forever to come through. This place isn't worth a cent.

The rooms are good enough to keep me coming back, even though the lady behind the glass could be friendlier and a bit more relaxed with customers. I've overlooked her sour behavior because the rooms are so nice. They're always clean, the beds are comfortable, the hot water comes through quickly, and the guard is fairly friendly to guests.

I'm a regular and usually have a good experience, apart from a few small mix-ups. They could do with more irons.
