Parade Hotel

The elevator was a bit of a tight squeeze, but it didn't really cause a problem. What stood out was how friendly, welcoming and helpful everyone was, from reception to housekeeping to the cafeteria. I had a lovely stay, and breakfast was just as nice. Definitely worth a visit, and I plan to go back sometime this year.

I had a pleasant stay and a beautiful view, and the room service was excellent. The floor was very wet, though, and the air conditioning didn't work. There are really irritating car guards in the parking right outside the hotel. They watch you so closely and follow you to the car door, leaving you barely able to close it. When I left, one even pointed at me as if I owed him something or he owned the parking.

The beach is only about a 3-minute walk away, and the location right on the beachfront is 100%. The prices also seem to me like the most reasonable in the whole block. The rooms are good enough for a rest, but could use an upgrade, especially the floor in family room 107. We saw and killed a few cockroaches there, which was a real downer. The hallway carpet has seen better days and badly needs replacing, even though the cleanliness is top notch. The front staff are always amazing, and the doorman was helpful. The breakfast buffet was the star of the show, with food that impressed me and keeps getting better. They even have an ice cream and slushy machine now. Ten stars for the chef and team! Thanks to The Parade Hotel for making my family's stay memorable. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

Our ground-floor room was really nice, and the service was great. The bar is cool too, and breakfast was great. They're renovating, so the lifts aren't working. With the Food Hall on the 3rd floor, the walk up was hectic.
