The beds are rock hard, and the bathrooms need better ventilation because they smell damp. The cupboards are falling apart, pipes rattle when other guests shower, and the shower heads need replacing. The drains are all clogged and the rooms and plumbing need maintenance. Parking bays are too narrow. There are also lots of stairs that aren't shown on their profile, and you have to use them to reach reception, the rooms, and parking. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Prime Hotel feels quiet and peaceful in the daytime, which is great if you like somewhere without much activity. I liked it best at night, when it's truly beautiful. It was alright.

The towels smelled and didn't seem to have been washed properly, while parking spaces were very small. At breakfast, each of us was limited to two slices of bread, and the eggs were soggy and oily.

During my stay, I noticed several personal items, including valuables, missing from my room. I reported this to management, but they were dismissive and wouldn't take responsibility or help. Other guests I spoke with said belongings had also gone missing in suspicious circumstances, which made the whole stay feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I can't relax somewhere I don't trust the staff or feel secure. Management's indifference was alarming, and I strongly advise against staying here until these concerns are addressed.

We had a wonderful, peaceful two-night stay, and the rooms were great. The wardrobe could use something to keep it smelling fresh, and we ran out of hot water on Sunday morning. Breakfast was delicious, but please consider people who don't eat hot spices. The sausage and the gravy with baked beans on Saturday morning were spicy. Please make sure the prices shown online match what guests are charged, since that's what brings people in. Thanks to Zwide for welcoming us so warmly. You're a star. I'd recommend the place.
