The pool area right by the outside rooms was awesome, and the rooms themselves were charming, clean and fresh. Great location too. Lana was welcoming, friendly and ready to help. We had a really good time, thanks Lana. We’ll be back when we’re in Durban again.

We stayed from 5 to 9 January ❤️ The place was clean, suitable and in a safe location, and we felt welcome there. Lizel, Lana’s daughter, was a wonderful host. She was kind and gave us great recommendations. Lizel, we’ll remember your kindness and recommend the place to people we love. Awesome service, thank you Lana and Lizel. Brenda and Paula

The room was smaller than it looked in the online photos, and we weren't told before arriving that breakfast isn't provided on weekends. There was no generator for loadshedding either, and I wish we'd been told about that, along with the rules against drinks and smoking, before booking and paying. Other guests were arguing with you about getting their money back, which disturbed the lodge. At least we stayed and didn't argue over our money. My husband was insulted by you at the hotel, and I found that very rude. You can't run a lodge and have an attitude with guests. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and we felt safe. Our host was friendly and accommodating. Great location, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed for seven days, but the room was cleaned only twice and the pool was dirty, so we couldn't swim. The host was very rude and racist. I wouldn't recommend this place.
