Villa Valencia

For the price, it feels fair and worth it. The kitchenette is handy if you're staying a while, and the room gets cleaned. The staff are friendly and you'll get fed, though don't expect a grand breakfast or anything top class. The pool could use better upkeep, and there's that usual Westville plumbing smell. The little shortcomings seem reflected in the price.

We were four colleagues on a business trip, and none of us would choose to stay here again. The steep driveway could be a problem in rain if you're driving a small hired economy car. There's no disabled parking, and reception is right at the top of the building, so getting large suitcases up there is a challenge.

The history in the corridors and the rustic details give Vila Valencia a lovely character, and there's a peaceful garden setting with beautiful views. The food was lovely, and the staff gave excellent service. Of all the places I've stayed in Pinetown, this BnB is easily the best. 10/10 💯

The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and breakfast was fresh, well cooked, and a real feast. We loved our stay, especially the friendly, helpful staff. One limitation is that the property isn't wheelchair accessible, which is why there isn't disabled parking.
