Visitors aren't allowed, unless you're willing to pay extra. The towels weren't changed, there was no air conditioning, and the heater didn't work. The fan was no help in the hot weather.

It's a quiet place with comfortable rooms, close to Oliver Thambo Airport. The people were very helpful. I never met Olgah, the manager, in person, but she arranged all the assistance I needed remotely. I'd recommend it, especially if you're on a long layover in Johannesburg.

The workers were really helpful, but we weren't impressed by the location. Breakfast was very basic, just eggs, bacon, bread, sausage, and beans, with nothing fresh. The omelette had run out.

We left behind something quite valuable, and when we came back for it a month later, it was still there. The staff also went out of their way to make us a vegetarian breakfast after we gave them very late notice about our catering needs. It's a lovely guesthouse, though on the expensive side.

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfasts are scrumptious. With its warm hospitality, 3 Liebeloft feels like a home from home. It's become a regular stop for me when I visit Johannesburg, and I'd highly recommend it.
