Jewel of Jozi

Abigail, the woman who helps there, was amazing and really helpful. The rest of our stay was a terrible experience. Our bed was awful and creepy, the blanket was dirty, the headboard was missing, and the towel rail fell off. The shower was terrible too, and our room was so noisy being right by the common area. This guest house needs a serious upgrade.

The ladies on site were delightful, but this was an absolutely dreadful stay. The owner seemed to be just hustling, and our booking was badly messed up, so some couples in our group had to move to other accommodation up the road. There were lots of small room problems too: broken shower doors, exposed plugs, and doors that wouldn't lock. Not acceptable, and we definitely won't be back. Maybe it was once the Jewel of Jozi, but sadly it isn't now.

Jason and Shirley made sure we felt looked after from arrival right through to leaving. Of all the bed and breakfasts I've stayed in, this was easily the best. They're exceptional hosts, and I can see why their business is so successful. We'll be back for sure. Highly recommend Jewel Of Jozi.

We keep coming back to Jewel of Jozi as our home away from home on business trips. The rooms are stylish, modern, and well appointed. Jason and Shirley are wonderful hosts, so welcoming and ready to help with anything. Highly recommended!
