The quiet here was incredible, and after a hectic day I could properly rest. I had a perfect stay, with friendly, respectful staff from reception through to the hotel maid. I also appreciated the personal touch of the hotel texting to check my arrival and departure times, which helped fit things around my schedule. The security, menu, and hospitality services were all great too.
The breakfast was made to order and amazing, and the place had all the amenities I needed. The facilities were extremely neat, with spacious rooms, which made it a great choice for my business trip.
The room was really comfortable, but breakfast was awful. The portions were small, and the mushrooms tasted bad, like they came from a can instead of being fresh.
The accommodation was amazing, but breakfast portions were small. When I asked about the item I’d ordered because it hadn’t been served, the staff member said I hadn’t ordered it and argued with me. She was rude.
I’ve stayed here a few times and will come back again. The rooms are pleasant and clean, and the staff are friendly. DStv has limited channels, though, and the internet speed leaves a lot to be desired.
