We enjoyed everything. The staff were amazing, especially Thembelihle, who was so good. There was another woman at reception too, but I forgot her name.

The staff were friendly, and it was a wonderful experience. Special thanks to Mxolisi, Thembelihle, Audrey, and everyone else. I'll definitely come back.

The one good thing was the manager, who apologized for how poorly things were handled. There was so much wrong, though, that the apology didn't change my view. The kitchen staff were rude and dismissive, the chef needs to rethink the menu, and reception wasn't friendly. Iron service was dismal, and I had doubts about how clean the towels were. Other guests made a huge racket, and security apparently couldn't stop it. The facilities were in poor condition, the rooms had no air conditioning or ventilation, and this did not feel like a 3-star place. I could go on.

The reception was good, and the rooms were nice. The rooms do not have air-conditioning.

Room 215 had some minor issues. Once I pointed them out, the manager in charge acted quickly and contacted me so we could sort them out. I'm truly grateful there are still people who care about their business. Kudos to the lovely lady who helped me on 09/09/2025.
