Frank made our stay especially easy, sharing great recommendations and taking care of reservations and anything else we needed. The whole team was lovely. Our spacious room had thoughtful touches and complimentary amenities, and the hotel sits right in the middle of the area, with plenty of good places within walking distance. We’d happily come back.

Frank, one of the owners, was a huge help with choosing wine estates, booking restaurants, arranging massages, and sorting things out for the rest of our road trip. My wife and I stayed three nights in March 2026 and had a wonderful time. The room had a lovely balcony, and we really enjoyed the food. We loved Le Petit Manoir and would recommend it to anyone staying in Franschhoek.

The staff are what make this place so special. Everyone was warm, kind, and ready to help with anything. The hotel itself feels brand new, with beautiful furnishings and decor, and it’s spotless and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, the wine list was far better than I’d expect at a hotel, and the cocktails were fantastic. I haven’t had a margarita that good in years. Five stars, and we can’t wait to return.

Our host went out of his way to help when the airline delayed our suitcases. They wouldn’t have delivered them from Cape Town for several days, so he kindly offered to collect them himself. We were incredibly grateful. We stayed over Christmas, and the rooms were modern and stylish, while the whole staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Our first stay at Le Petit Manoir in Franschhoek completely won us over. The personal service and attention to detail made us feel special and at home, and the room had a real touch of class. The location is excellent, with everything walkable. The service deserves more than five stars, maybe seven if I could give it. Thanks for such a wonderful time. We’ve found our new Franschhoek spot and would recommend it every time.
