After a long, hot workday, the room was a great place to unwind. It was peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, a lovely break from home. There was no air conditioning, but the fan worked well. It did get noisy at times, so I had to turn up the TV. I left my shoes behind, and Amanda is keeping them for me until January, when I'm back in George. Thanks so much for that, Amanda. I'll see you then. The stay was fabulous! 🤩

It was my first time staying in George, and we were comfortable and happy. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the heated blankets when it got cold and started raining, and the rusks were tasty. We did have to throw away our supper from a pizza place because it was horrible. The only issue at the accommodation was that we could hear sounds from the host's side, which took away some privacy.

Amanda was an amazing host and was always happy to help. We had a memorable stay of 8 nights and 7 days in a beautiful setting. Our unit was lovely, neat, and equipped with what we needed to be comfortable.

The room was pleasant, with an en-suite bathroom and a small kitchenette. Since it's self-catering, a toaster for breakfast would be a nice addition. I'd stay again if I get the chance.

The thoughtful little details show that the owners know what guests need. Each room has an iron and ironing board, real coffee, a litre of milk, real plants, big mirrors, a table with two chairs, USB charging ports, and proper kitchen utensils. The bins are a good size without getting in the way, and the Wi-Fi password is right there in the room, so you don't need to ask. This place is really, really awesome.
