It's a beautiful, luxurious place with lots of privacy, and the hospitality and staff were wonderful. A great spot for some peace and quiet. I'd definitely like to stay again.

There were bugs everywhere, including spiders, crickets and huge beetles. We could also hear every sound from people living above us, so the noise was a lot. The hostess Isabellah didn't even welcome us to the guesthouse, she just said, “you look tired” 🤨. I won't stay there again.

The staff were friendly and it's a nice place, but smoke from the stoep of the room next door came into ours because it sits right under our window. It was noisy too.

The garden's lovely foliage and rustic furniture gave the place a tranquil, almost escape-from-reality feel. It was a chance to slow down while still being in the city.

The hosts and staff at Heriot Manor are always friendly and ready to help where they can. It's one of my favourite places to stay, and I always recommend it.
