11 on Grace

The breakfasts were great both mornings, and it's a genuinely nice place with a beautiful swimming pool and great location. Management just needs to improve. On a business trip, I was exhausted after two nights with no AC and little communication or support, so I wouldn't return. I had specifically booked a B&B with AC, but it didn't work, and an old rusty fan was beside my bed the second evening instead of a room change. It was hot and humid, and I struggled to sleep both nights. After five hours on the road, I pressed the gate button and got no answer. I called the cellphone number on the gate twice, then kept trying until someone picked up. I said I was there to check in, and the lady told me I wasn't booked for that day. I had booked that night and the next one. She said they'd send someone. I was offered two rooms. The one I'd booked smelled awful, so I chose the other. Later, around 8pm, with it 27 degrees, I went to shower and found no towels. I had to get dressed again and knock at the main house to ask for them. I messaged the WhatsApp line about the AC and asked to change rooms. They blue-ticked that message but replied to the one about my plans for the next day.
