The rooms and decor were good, but there wasn’t a single bin in the yard or inside the rooms. There was sugar and coffee, but no kettle. The receptionist was very unfriendly, and the way I was treated made me afraid to ask for anything. The hospitality really needs a makeover.

There was no electricity from 3am until I left, so I couldn’t even bathe. When I complained, the boss was rude to me. The place was very dirty, with unclean walls and curtains, and the basin was blocked. Never book here, you’ll regret staying in East London.

I couldn’t sleep all night because guests partied until morning, and the owner did nothing about it. This place is nonsense. Don’t waste your money there.

Staying at Osner Hotel was convenient and good.

I bought a pair of shoes there once, and they’re still in good condition.
