The food was really good, especially the dinner buffet, and the facility seemed well maintained. But I was given a room that was already occupied. I opened the door and found a couple inside, which was a nasty surprise. I was moved to another room, but it didn’t have the ocean-facing view I’d booked, and nobody explained or apologized. The porter did his best and helped us through three room moves to find one that worked.

The room was good and posh, and the location facing the ocean was good too. They forgot the bottled water for tea at first, but it was there on the second day. After we checked out, we realized we’d left a bag behind, and the receptionist was very slow to get it brought to us.

The gym could use a few different machines instead of two of the same kind, just for more variety. Aside from that, my weekend here was amazing. The rooms were spacious and modern, the staff friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was exquisite. I’d definitely stay again.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all. The calamari was rotten. They offered to replace it with a fresh one, but the second serving was exactly the same, and they still left it on the bill for me to pay. This morning I ordered an almond milk latte. It took 15-20 minutes to arrive, and it was skimmed and separated. They told me that was because it was almond milk, even though I drink almond milk lattes every single day. Better to go out for food at a proper restaurant or get takeaway.
