The view was the one good thing. Reception service was awful, and the room keys apparently didn't lock the doors from outside. What were the keys for, then? We had to pack our laptops and valuables every time we went out, which was a real hassle. Reception told us to wait while someone came to help, but nobody ever showed up. If I could rate it zero, I would.

The parking didn't feel secure. There's no gate around the yard, and signs say you park at your own risk, so any problem with your car is apparently your responsibility. At check-in my wife and I got no directions or help finding either the room or the parking. The receptionist seemed uninterested in whether we were comfortable. To get from the back parking area to reception, we had to walk all the way around the building ourselves. I stayed last night and checked out today, 30/10/2025.

I spent one night here in early January and was disappointed: there was no aircon, fan, WiFi, or TV in the room. I asked management if they could offer a better rate, but never got a reply.

My wife and I went for a meal on Valentine weekend, 15 Feb 2025. We ordered two T-bone steaks with fries, but while cutting into hers, my wife found burnt plastic in the steak. We reported it, and were told the manager had seen it and said our next round of drinks would be on the house. We asked for another steak instead. We waited two and a half hours. When we complained again, the staff disappeared. In the end we paid for one steak, and my wife was left very hungry without eating that day. They didn't even apologize. I hate that place, the service is horrible.
