We arrived today and were so disappointed. The place looked nothing like it was advertised, and we left with our family without getting a refund. The carpets were dirty and untidy, and the requests we’d made weren’t followed. The owner said they’d never been received. When I asked about the refund, there was no resolution. The owner was unprofessional. This establishment should be checked and removed from the site. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

The area is quiet and feels safe, thank you for accommodating us. But please upgrade the room. The bed and base were in poor condition, and we woke up with back pain. The shower gel container was empty, the TV showed no picture, only sound, and the see-through curtains meant someone outside could see in, especially at night.

The area felt safe, and there are cameras and free Wi-Fi, but the room really needs cleaning. The walls just need a wipe with a cloth and detergent, not paint. Worst of all, cockroaches were everywhere: on the floor, walls, wardrobe, and even the bed. I was so disgusted I couldn’t eat. Please fumigate the place. The freezer section of the bar fridge also had old, rotten leftovers that looked like they’d been there for a while, and the towel on the bathroom floor needs attention. You can put up with some things, but it’s awful to visit PE and go home with cockroaches. Please fumigate.

This place is a dump, with cockroaches everywhere, and it looks nothing like the photos. The owner couldn’t speak English. When I confronted him, he hung up on me. It feels like they take people’s money this way.
