The service was poor, and we wouldn’t recommend the lounge. We were treated as if we’d been lent the house for free. The bodyguards were rude and kept provoking us, as though they thought we were dangerous.

Everything else was great, but the bathroom light was a problem and the lamps had no bulbs.

Really neat, both inside and out. This is the best place to stay, and I’ll definitely visit again.

The pipe, or geyser, noise and other guests banging doors kept my wife and me awake. We’d booked two nights, but told them the next morning we couldn’t stay for the second one and asked for a refund. We couldn’t reach the owner or assistant during the night, and when we explained the problem, the owner simply left. There was no apology or attempt to find out what was causing the noise. Terrible place and very poor service.

Khethiwe and the other woman on staff made our weekend holiday feel extra special. They were kind and ready to help make our stay nicer, even after hours. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back soon.
