La Maison On 3rd Guesthouse

The customer service was the best. The rooms were nice, and the hosts at both locations were welcoming and happy to help whenever we asked. I really enjoyed the short time I spent here. Good job, and thank you to the hosts at both places.

The kitchen was filthy and smelled bad, and the utensils were old and dirty. Our room felt damp and stuffy, and my children and I coughed all night and had sinus trouble. The towels were dirty and weren’t changed each day. The room wasn’t cleaned again until checkout. I regret staying here. I paid too much for this, especially after finding better places at the same price with better service.

Sara was so friendly and helpful. She took care of my laundry and gave me advice about safe places to look for a rental. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the linen was cleaner than at other five-star hotels I know. It was changed every day. There’s open Wi-Fi, so bring your laptop if you want to catch up on things. I missed a lot of new entertainment because there was only an open-view channel, though.

The room was comfortable and clean, and Sandra was so friendly and lovely. I’d stay here again for sure.
