The breakfast was delicious, and the whole place was spotless, spacious, and had a lovely feel. I don't often leave reviews, but this one really won me over. I booked and paid on arrival, no online payment needed. It felt like a bargain for this level of comfort, with comparable luxury costing R 2 000+ in my experience. It's great for a holiday, work trip, or quick stop, and close to the beach. The design mixes sleek modern style with classic elegance, and the quiet surroundings, plant-covered walls, and birdsong make it feel peaceful. The rooms are huge, as is the shower, the biggest I've seen in Port Elizabeth. Service was always available, with room service and gowns on demand, and anything I asked for brought over. From the person who handled my luggage to reception and the chef, every staff member was kind and professional. I've never met more polite staff. This doesn't feel like a traditional hotel, more like a sanctuary deserving of ten stars. Staying here feels like a birthday treat, and I'll be back a million times. Highly recommend it for a serene, upscale escape.

Cosmas, Chef Gertrude, Gift, Shorty and Shaun were brilliant. The service was excellent, with friendly staff who were happy to accommodate us. Rooms were large, clean, and beautifully decorated, and portable air conditioning units were provided. We'll definitely book again.

We had to call late at night at the last minute because our previous booking wasn't as described. Cosmos found us two amazing rooms and was so helpful. They were huge and spotless, with large bathrooms, air conditioning, and hot showers. The place is super cute and feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend.
