Palm Beach Guesthouse

It's only my first night, but that bed is so comfortable, just like the perfect one I have at home. The room is beautiful and spacious, and the beach is an easy walk away. Annie welcomed us with such warmth and sweetness. She even offered to get breakfast ready earlier because we have to leave early for a conference, which was thoughtful and much appreciated. I can't wait to spend the rest of my stay here, and I'm sure it'll be pleasant.

Annie was wonderful, and breakfast was great. I can only speak to Annie's service, since I think she should be the manager. The room was quite dim with very little light. There's a huge step up to it, and the carpet needs a proper clean or, better yet, to be removed and replaced with tile.

Palm Beach Guesthouse offers spacious, nicely decorated suites with private access and secure off-street parking, which works well for short or longer visits. It's a four-star place in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth, with both Bed and Breakfast and Self-Catering options for different kinds of travelers. The ten suites are a comfortable base for business guests, holidaymakers, or families. You're only meters from the beach, and close to shopping centers, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, The Boardwalk Casino & Conference Complex, and the Humewood Golf Course. There's also a sea-facing lounge, bar, and dining area. Breakfast can be a full English or Continental, with lovely ocean views, and outside there's a thatched braai (BBQ) area and a private swimming pool. A gem for anyone visiting Port Elizabeth, highly recommended!

The location is great, with lots of restaurants nearby, the ocean within walking distance, and the airport close too. Staff were very friendly and went the extra mile for guests. My room was beautiful, clean, and tidy, with a lovely ocean view, and housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was very nice, with Continental and English options. I had a lovely stay at Palm beach.
