Royal Palms Guest House

It’s just around the corner from the airport, about a 6-minute trip, and the stay has been wonderful. There’s a service station nearby, a 2-minute walk for late-night snacks, plus plenty of parking and lovely staff. The room is perfect for 2 persons, and the bathroom is almost as big as yours. I interacted most with housekeeping, who were so gracious and accommodating, and the reception team were gracious too. Please do come, you won’t regret it. Even an UberXL to the furthest attractions won’t cost more than R200. The one downside is being right under the PLZ Airport flight path, so plane noise can be distracting.

We only stayed one night before flying from PE airport. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Communication beforehand was very good, and the staff were flexible when we arrived late after a delay.

Great service and really good value. I had an absolutely delightful stay, the best one ever, and I’d highly recommend it. This is definitely going to be my home away from home.

We had a great time as a group in this modern place. It was convenient, neat, quiet, and clean, with white linen, and the owner and staff were very kind. We were self-catering, but there were no dish towels, toilet spray, or towels at all. Those things could be improved.
