It was raining and we couldn't stay because the place was fully booked, but the security guard kindly let us sit in the lobby to charge our phones and request an Uber. He went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his help. We had no cash to give him anything. I hope we cross paths again so I can thank him in person.

My son woke up to find his belongings had been stolen. He was there for work training, but couldn't stay and had to come back. There was no security.

It looked very nice from outside. I only dropped people off there, that’s all.
