The booking was hassle free, and the confirmation came with a WhatsApp message from management explaining arrival times and other details. Staff met me on arrival and went over the house rules. The bathroom was clean, and the towels felt fresh and crisp. I did find the room smaller than I expected from the booking photos, and there were only two cups of tea or coffee provided. Outside lights came through the curtains and kept the room bright, so it took me longer to fall asleep. Breakfast was nice, but it was billed separately from the room and, with the manager away, I wasn’t sure what I could order beyond the breakfast menu.

The rooms at Walmer Manor are consistently hygienic and the service is always up to par. For me, though, the breakfast is the real highlight. Thanks, Walmer Manor!

Friendly staff, top notch service, and a nice cosy room. The neighbourhood felt safe too.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again. The whole place was spotless, the location was excellent and close to all amenities, and the service was excellent. Staff were friendly, professional and efficient. Two of the rooms were a bit small, but the others were lovely, and the king size suite was really good.
