We had a generous, filling breakfast, and the restaurant they recommended served great food. The suite was spotless, comfortable, and felt homely, with warm, friendly staff too. We'll definitely come back.

The price was a real catch, and I can't fault the place. My room had a huge queen bed plus an extra three-quarter bed I didn't need, along with a clean, spacious shower and tub and a cosy sitting room. There was a TV in both the bedroom and sitting room. The rusks were delicious, so I packed some to take away. The kitchen also had a gas stove, microwave, air fryer, kettle, and all the kitchenware.

The garden and swimming pool were really beautiful, and the shower was wonderful. We stayed in the five-sleeper cottage. The main bedroom was a nice size, though the second room felt cramped with two three-quarter beds. The sleeper couch in the lounge wasn't that comfortable either, so I think this unit is best for no more than three people if you want to be comfortable.

Applebee is conveniently located near the city centre and supermarkets. They provided a simple complimentary breakfast, fresh drinking water each day, Wi-Fi, and a generator. Jeannine, Tony, and the other staff were beyond exceptional, always kind, attentive to detail, and good at communicating. Our stay was comfortable and amazing, and we'd definitely visit again.

Jeannine made us feel so welcome, even standing in the rain to help us. The stay had lots of thoughtful extras: cotton sheets, soft squishy pillows, cereal, fresh milk, filter coffee, and fresh fruit. The towels were pretty and the hot water was lovely. The accommodation was super comfy, and those little touches made it a wonderful experience.
