The views are extraordinary on a clear, sunny day, and we met in a room that looked out over them. The lunch area outside was lovely, right beside the bluest swimming pool. Getting there means driving along a stretch of rough gravel road from the airport. There are steep steps up to the meeting room, and the parking area and paving are uneven, so it may be difficult for anyone with balance issues or who feels unsure on their feet.

Breakfast with friends for a birthday was mostly great, and everything else was a 5 out of 5. But there were no juices available on Sunday (14th Sept) morning, and the chocolate cake was very dry and not what we expected. Without those two things, I would have given it a 5.

We used this beautiful spot for the 2025 Great Brak Matric farewell, and it was so nice of them to let the local school take photos there. The staff were very friendly, and the location is the best, with breathtaking views all around. I added some photos I took. I'd like to use it again.

The natural setting, with proteas growing around, was beautiful. Staff were incredibly friendly, and breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious but felt short on personality, and the beds are small. The infuser had an unpleasant smell, so I put it outside. The venue seemed better suited to conferences than a family escape.

There are no phones in the room, so you can't reach reception if you need anything, and walking over to reception in 6 degrees centi isn't recommended. Still, the view is spectacular, and the service comes with a smile 🙂. Would definitely recommend giving it a try.
