The hosts, Mary and Jean, are unbelievably sweet and caring. We had a calm stay near Hermanus, with a lovely guest house overlooking the ocean and mountains. The room was large, with a king-size bed and a huge terrace where we could spend the evening with a nice bottle of wine. Thanks so much, Mary and Jean, for an unforgettable stay. I'd definitely recommend it.

The quiet surroundings have no traffic, and from the balcony you can enjoy a great view of both the mountain and the sea. Breakfast had a good variety, and don't forget the pancakes.

The ocean view and mountain right nearby made it easy to unwind, even though I was travelling for work. The beach and restaurants were only a two-minute drive away. I was welcomed warmly, everything was very clean, and breakfast was fresh, healthy and delicious.

Burgundy was wonderful, and meeting you was such a pleasure. Marry is a kind, friendly host, and the guesthouse is beautiful. Even when things get difficult, you handle them so well and always find a solution. Thank you so much. Sending you a hug.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with high-end linen, and the home felt very much like a home away from home. It has a gracious style and lovely views of both the mountain and the sea. Highly recommended.
