We stayed three nights and four days at Mohlabetsi Safari Lodge, and could easily have stayed longer. The fresh food was good, with a new menu each day, and you certainly won’t go hungry. Our hut had its own bathroom and shower, and the rooms and other facilities were wonderful. The lodge accommodates around 24 people, so you get to know fellow guests and the staff while still having space to yourself. The person who made the biggest impression was our driver and tracker, Octavia. He was kind, knowledgeable, and simply awesome. We had him with us throughout the stay, and saying goodbye was hard. Let’s see each other again! The welcome at the airport was warm, the morning and afternoon game drives were regular, and every staff member was friendly. Everything we could have wanted and more. It’s hard to put the experience into words. A place to visit, and visit again. Thank you, Mohlabetsi Safari Lodge! 🏕️

Our family spent three nights at Mohlabetsi Safari Lodge in April 2026, for our first safari lodge stay, and had a great time. The Impala Lily suite is fabulous, and the standard rooms are good. Staff were welcoming and helpful at all times. Our guide Lucky and tracker Treasure took us to some great wildlife sightings, and the food was great too. I’d highly recommend Mohlabetsi to anyone seeking a private safari in the region.

The game drive and walking safari were unforgettable, and I wish I could have stayed longer. My room had everything I needed, the meals were amazing, and the staff at Mohlabetsi Safari Lodge were so friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything. I hope to see you again.

At Mohlabetsi, you arrive as a stranger and leave feeling like family. From pulling up outside to the moment you go, they look after you so well, and the food and rooms are amazing. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. There really is magic here 🐘. Book at least four days because you won’t want to leave ☺️.

We saw all the Big 5, and it was the best safari experience we’ve had. The place is beautiful, right in the middle of nature.
