Inyati Game Lodge

We absolutely loved our four nights at Inyati private game lodge at the end of October 2025. The animal sightings exceeded our expectations: leopards every day, often close up, a large pack of wild dogs, leopards in tree branches, elephants right beside the vehicle and lions feeding. When we asked to see a particular animal, our guide and tracker put in a real effort to find it. Lucas explained how he read the tracks and shared interesting details. Omega guided us on the first day, then Diff for the rest of the stay. Both knew the bush and animals so well, and were determined to take us through thick bush to get close. We were amazed that the animals didn’t seem bothered by the vehicles’ noise or proximity. Diff also told us stories about the lions, leopards and elephants we encountered. Their passion for the bush really came through. The chef and kitchen staff made wonderful meals, and the servers were kind and polite, always smiling and making sure everyone had what they needed. Goodman left us with a lasting memory of kindness and his megawatt smile. Since animals can wander onto the grounds, a night guide walks you back to your villa after dinner, which adds a bit of adventure. All the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. D&E

The meals were delicious, and I felt safe both on the property and during the game drives. Seeing the Big Five was amazing. The guide and tracker knew a lot, and the staff were wonderful.

Many animals showed up during our stay, and the sincere, helpful staff gave excellent service at this beautiful lodge. I rated it 4 because the guide and tracker assigned to us didn’t match the quality of the rest of the place. The other guides and trackers may be excellent, but we couldn’t know.

The food was a little repetitive, but solid overall. We had such a lovely time: Gabriel was the absolute best guide, and tracker Clift helped us get lots of great sightings.
