The service from annemarie was horrible. There were no braai facilities or grids, despite them being listed on the site and Agoda. We were only told on arrival that de loft guests were meant to park beside the garages. My brother and sister-in-law have vacationed in Jacobsbaai many times, but this experience was awful. Don’t come here. If she gives you a good experience, it’ll only be because she wants customers.

We’re checking out tomorrow after just one night, and I already wish we’d booked the whole anniversary trip at de loft. It’s perfect for a couple wanting a quick, relaxing escape from town, with no fuss and everything you need. Thanks for a great stay. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back.
